Your system is ready within 5 business days of payment. The one-time onboarding fee covers setting up your company, chart of accounts, VAT and withholding tax, staff records and logins, and a training session.
How support works. Anything that stops working is fixed, with no limit. Changes you ask for — a new report, a new salary component, a new field — use the hours included in your plan each month; unused hours roll over within the quarter. Beyond that, work is quoted first or billed at ₦30,000/hour.
Prices quoted to you at signup are held for your first 12 months.

What's included in the price?
The monthly price covers fully managed hosting (SSL and daily backups included), ongoing maintenance and the support hours shown on your plan — no hidden server bills and no per-user charges. A one-time onboarding fee covers setting your system up. Custom builds are quoted individually; see below.
What does the onboarding fee cover?
Setting up your company, chart of accounts, VAT and withholding tax, staff records and logins, and a training session. Your system is ready within 5 business days of payment.
What if I need more than my included support hours?
Faults and anything that stops working are always fixed, with no limit. Requested changes use your monthly hours, which roll over within the quarter. Beyond that, we quote first or bill at ₦30,000/hour.
Which payment methods work?
Card, bank transfer and USSD through Paystack — all in Naira. Your first payment is the plan price for your chosen period plus the one-time onboarding fee. Setup starts once payment clears, and your system is ready within 5 business days.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Reach out any time to move between Starter and Business, or upgrade to a Custom build.
What is the Custom plan?
For teams that need custom apps, bespoke workflows or special integrations. We scope it with you and quote accordingly.
When do I need a custom build?
If you run multiple companies, need a bespoke workflow, non-standard payroll, or integrations with other systems, that's outside Starter and Business. We scope it with you and quote a one-time implementation fee, with hosting billed separately.
